Reclaim your Confidence

A supportive nine-week program and small support group for women healing after intimate betrayal.

You do not have to have everything figured out before you begin.

Reclaim Your Confidence offers a steady framework to help you understand what has happened to you, care for your nervous system, reconnect with your own voice and make choices that support your wellbeing.

Move from chaos and confusion towards clarity, confidence and deeper connection with yourself

Next cohort begins August 31, 2026

Begin with a short application and a private, no-pressure intake conversation. No payment is required to apply.

Betrayal leaves you questioning everything

Perhaps you are trying to make sense of information you never expected to discover.

You may be carrying questions about your relationship, your memories, your future—and even your own judgement.

You might recognise some of these experiences:

  • Your mind continually revisits what happened, searching for answers.

  • You feel overwhelmed one moment and numb the next.

  • You are unsure what is true, what you need or what decision to make.

  • You have lost confidence in your perceptions and instincts.

  • You are trying to hold daily life together while carrying enormous pain.

  • You feel alone, even when other people are around you.

  • You want to move forward but do not know what “forward” should look like.

These responses make sense in the context of betrayal.

And while another person’s choices may have brought you here, your healing belongs to you - not them.

Ask questions and be heard in a no-obligation chat with Jane

What would it feel like to trust yourself again?

Not to know every answer.

Not to control what another person does.

But to feel increasingly able to hear your own voice, understand your needs and take your next step with greater steadiness.

Reclaim Your Confidence is designed to help you move:

The focus is you—your healing, your wellbeing and your growing ability to move towards what is safer and more life-giving for you.

A supported pathway back to yourself

JG-2_edited.jpg

Reclaim Your Confidence combines gentle education, reflective practices, practical tools and safe connection within a small, closed group.

Over nine weeks, you will be supported to understand the effects of betrayal, make sense of your responses and build practices that strengthen your connection with yourself.

The program is informed by recognised approaches to betrayal-trauma recovery and by what has been personally and professionally meaningful in my own journey and work with women.

You will be supported to become more grounded in your own values, needs, boundaries and inner wisdom.

This program may be a good fit for you if:

  • You have experienced intimate betrayal, secrecy or deceptive sexual behaviour within a relationship

  • You want support that acknowledges the traumatic impact of betrayal

  • You want practical tools as well as compassionate understanding

  • You are willing to focus on your own healing, even while important relationship questions remain unresolved

  • You value a small, confidential group environment

  • You understand that a support program complements rather than replaces individual professional care

You do not have to heal alone

Betrayal can be profoundly isolating.

You may struggle to explain what has happened. You may worry that others will minimise it, pressure you or tell you what you should do. You may feel that being with others who are hurting will make the pain worse.

A thoughtfully facilitated group can offer something different: the relief of being understood without having to justify why this hurts.

Within Reclaim Your Confidence, you will be invited to participate at a level that feels manageable for you.

You may share, reflect, ask questions or simply listen. You decide.

The group is guided by clear agreements around privacy, respectful communication and the protection of each participant’s emotional safety.

Although no group can guarantee that every interaction will feel comfortable, I will work to create a space characterised by care, choice, dignity and accountability.

I created the support I once needed

JG-5.jpg

When I learned that my husband had secrets—secrets that changed my understanding of the life I had been living—I was knocked off my feet by a tidal wave of questions, grief and realisations.

I searched for material that could help me understand what had happened to me and how I could begin to heal.

I listened, read, sought counselling, joined a support group and gradually learned to honour the impact of betrayal rather than dismiss it.

The practices inside Reclaim Your Confidence are not abstract ideas to me.

They reflect the mindsets, knowledge and tools that have supported my own movement from pain towards peace, and from confusion towards greater confidence.

Today, I support women experiencing intimate betrayal through individual coaching, groups, education and the Confident Again podcast.

My approach is warm, trauma-informed and non-pathologising. I will not tell you what to do. My role is to help you reconnect with yourself so that your choices can increasingly be grounded in your wellbeing, values and wisdom.

Credentials

J, International

"As someone who had never shared my experiences in any safe or professionally supportive space, I remember entering that first group call 6 months pregnant with overwhelming uncertainty and fear that this may not be the right step for me.  Jane’s gentle and skilled facilitation instantly created a safe space for me to want to share my stories of discovery more fully for the first time and was the first step into healing."Group member

N, Australia

Jane, your facilitation was warm, compassionate and empathic. You created an environment where it felt safe to be vulnerable without feeling rushed or judged.

Thank you for creating a space where our stories could be honoured while also helping us see that we are so much more than what has happened to us.

T, Australia

It has been wonderful to have a safe place to clear my thoughts and receive wisdom in difficult circumstances. Jane has a beautiful way of listening deeply and guiding gently. As I reflect on the sessions I have had with Jane each one has helped me along my journey - whether it be through encouragement or helping me think about something differently or realising my true worth.

A thoughtful enrolment process

Reclaim Your Confidence is much more than a collection of online lessons. It is a small, closed group in which women learn, reflect and connect within a carefully held space.

For that reason, enrolment begins with a private conversation.

Step 1: Submit a short application

Tell me a little about what has led you to seek support and what you hope to receive from the program.

You do not need to provide a detailed account of your experience.

Step 2: Book your private intake conversation

We will meet online for approximately 20-30 minutes.

This is an opportunity to talk about your needs, understand how the program works, ask questions and discuss any concerns.

It is not a pressure-based sales call.

Step 3: Consider the fit

We will consider whether the program is an appropriate form of support for your current needs.

You are free to take time to consider your decision after our conversation.

Step 4: Complete your enrolment

Where we mutually agree that the program is suitable, you will receive a private link to complete payment and confirm your place.

There is no payment required to apply.

Submitting an application does not commit you to joining.

FAQs

Are the other women in the group like me?

Yes. Everyone in the group has a story of intimate betrayal. Everyone in the group is working through the impacts of betrayal trauma in herself.  The focus is helping you strengthen your connection with yourself, understand your needs and make choices that support your wellbeing.

And no. Every woman in the group has a different story. The types of acting out or cheating, the relationship status, situation with children, role of faith, particulars of impacts, the timeline, age - there are many stories and experiences in the space. In every group I've led, someone comments, "It's amazing that no matter the difference in our stories, we have so much in common. We get each other."

Do I have to tell the group everything that happened?

No.

You remain in control of what you share. You may participate by speaking, asking questions, reflecting privately or listening.

You will be asked to respect the privacy of others, but you will not be required to disclose details that you do not wish to share.

What happens during the intake conversation?

The intake conversation gives us an opportunity to talk about what you are looking for, discuss how the group works and consider whether it is suitable for your current needs.

You can ask questions, raise concerns and take time to consider your choice afterwards.

What happens if the program is not the right fit?

Sometimes another kind of support may be more appropriate at a particular time.

Where possible, I will help you consider alternative supports or next steps. A decision that the group is not currently suitable is not a judgement about you or the validity of your experience.

Is this therapy?

No.

Reclaim Your Confidence is an educational and peer-support program. It does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions and is not a substitute for therapy, medical care or crisis support.

Some women do the course alongside individual support.

What if I miss a live session?

Group meetings are not recorded for confidentiality purposes. The online discussion board is available for support if you miss a group meeting.

How much time should I allow each week?

Plan for approximately 90 minutes for the live session and 90 minutes for optional lessons, reflection and practice between sessions.

You will be encouraged to work at a manageable pace rather than complete everything perfectly.

Will the group be confidential?

All participants agree to protect one another’s privacy.

However, no group facilitator can provide an absolute guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality. This limitation will be discussed clearly during intake and in the participant agreement.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. 4 payments of AUD$237.50

What is your refund policy?

Refunds will be made if there are insufficient numbers to run the group.

Because of the detailed intake process, refunds are not offered for a change of mind.

Can I contact you before applying?

Yes. You can contact me at jane@quietwisdom.com.au with a practical question about the program.
