About me
Hi, I’m Jane Gibb.
I’m a betrayal trauma coach and group facilitator, and I’ve supported many women as they rebuild clarity and confidence after intimate betrayal.
I also know personally how disorienting betrayal can feel — especially at night, when everything goes quiet and your thoughts get louder.
Much of my work is grounded in nervous-system–informed approaches. When trust is broken, your body reacts before your mind can reason. Racing thoughts, hyper-alertness, and insomnia aren’t signs that you’re weak — they’re signs your system is trying to protect you.
I've loved creating this audio to help you steady your body and mind at the hour when aloneness can feel deafening. You can rebuild confidence one small, grounded moment at a time.
If this audio supports you when you can't sleep, I’m glad you’re here.
You don’t have to navigate this alone.
