Results:

  • 30–40: There are strong signs of gaslighting in your relationship. Specific support will help you make sense of what is happening and help you with healing, strategies and tools.

  • 20–29: Some signs are present. Support will help you gain confidence in your ability to step out of range.

  • 10–19: There are a few concerning signs, but not enough to suggest a clear pattern. Stay self-aware, continue reflecting and consider additional support if needed.
